Limited handmade miniature
This mounted figure depicts an imperial cavalryman from the Siege of Buda in 1686, shown holding a musket while seated on horseback.
The miniature captures a calm but alert battlefield moment, presenting a well-equipped mounted soldier of the Habsburg army. His helmet, armour, firearm, saddle equipment, and horse tack create a strong late 17th-century military character within the Buda Collection.
Designed as a standalone mounted figure, the Imperial Cavalryman II also works perfectly alongside other cavalry figures or as part of a larger historical diorama inspired by the campaign to recapture Buda.
